sorry but.....
...i want the trunk to swing and sway realisticly when running, IE so itss not stiff

what kind of deformer do i need

I'm not great with the rigging/animation stuff but from what I understand if you can't code it to react on its on you want to animate it as secondary motion with the character. I hope you rigged it up with the body!
