FBIK no longer movgin right?

I'm not sure what had happened but normally when I moved my Hip FBIK the body reacts in a natural way. ( i.e moving down bends the knees ) Now the body just moves. Same with the leg IKs if I pull on it the leg extends and eventually pulls the figure. It used to react in a more traditional rag doll manor. Did I change an option I dont know about?
