Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Glad to see you're getting the chance you wanted to enter Steve, and a great choice of villain!
Look forward to seeing it progress!

No cheating by wearing a Mocap suit to get your pose though...lol!

Damm man! thats what I was goint to do!!

haha, joking.

Well heres the first (of many i'm sure) progress pics, just defining the topology and getting the overall forms in there. Think that I'll have to add the teeth ASAP as his overbite adds a lot to the overall character so I wont be able to determine home correctly without them.

So Just blocking in areas at the moment and making the topology fit, once its so so I'll refine the model.

Nice start Steve, been looking forward to seeing your start and you aren't disappointing!

I'm very interested to see what pose you put him in, there are so many classic ones to choose from, and I'm sure you have many ideas for new and different ones!

Keep up the good work!
