more than 150 times????

Hello Sirs,

My English is not native.

I am trying to download spitfire after I paid for instant access.
I also downloaded Apache and Ramsay before.

now I am getting a message that I used the page more than 150 times and try tomorrow.
since this message, more than 48 hours gone and I still cant download.

if I used the page more than 150 times it because the connection with your web site is not good, files stop at the middle of the download.

Thanks

You are using a download accelerator, which is causing the error. You must disable it (at least while downloading from SimplyMaya)

Happening to Me Too

I'm using Safari by default, but it also says this for my account even when I try using Internet Explorer, which has never been to the SM site before. Download managers don't seem to be something I'm using...

Hi sorry about that problem has been fixed for you.

We're in the process of redesigning the entire system to make downloading much easier.

All the best
Dave
