Well uh... Snow is pretty white... and that's about it. It's white. What exactly are you looking for? I don't see how snow can be that detailed. I would probably use a lambert and stick a cloud bump map on it. I guess some snow is really reflective when the sun hits it just right... Do you want it that detailed, though?

Better than the older oneuser added image
