Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I had fun using Lightwave for about 5 months, and even made my own animated short called "Adventures of Owl Man" using Todd Grimes' original creation. I made a backstory, wrote a 3 episode script, designed a new costume, and even got Dean Wendt (Barney the dinosaur) to voice the guy! BUT... I realized I needed to move on to Maya for career purposes. user added image

Ha Ha Todd Grimes Owl Man I only managed to model his head, Bullet Lightwave was quicker to model in but less forgiving then Maya renders. Maya is much harder to learn but at the end of the day I think it is a better package over all...........dave
