How I can get the Men

Hi,

sorry about my english but i am a german guy.

I have a question, this is. How can I get the Menü on the top from the display? Where stand File, edit, modify, create, display, window, assets, select e.t.c????

How can i do, that i can work with this menüs, the menüs are dont on my Maya display.

Please help

1. press space bar
2. right click over "hotbox controls"
3. select "show all"

Here is a screenshot, it dosent going.
The Menü on the top of all menüs, is lost or not there or not on my sreen its hide.

p.s: dont look at the first sreenshot, that not the one were you must look.
the second one show that a menu is lost or better, hide.
