Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Saving animation rigs for transfer

Hi there.

One thing that's been bothering me for Maya that I can't seem to find an answer for is how do you save pre-set animation rigs to transfer into another model. Now, I understand influence may become a problem when doing this, but I can't for the life of me find a good tutorial on how to do this.

In essence, how do I make a rig, animate it, and then transplant any given model onto it?
