How do I fix this?

I've tried for four hours now to fix this UV map.
Flipping the faces and sew them togheter don't work as it want to switch it back to the other side.

Can anyone kindly tell me how to fix this?

It's possible that the normals are actually flipped on the mesh itself for the red faces. Check the geometry itself.

One way is to turn off two-sided lighting in the viewport panel menu. Then any faces that are the wrong way around will turn black. You can reverse them with normals > reverse.
