This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

There's not really much reaction to the logo coming down (~120), perhaps even just a subtle duck or lean backward. Also, I wonder about him grabbing the edge first (~180), and then his head coming into view, as though he's pulling himself up. Looks great though, awesome work.

Yep defo needs to react more to the logo and for me there seems a little sack of facial animation, but very good indeed so far.

I choose not to add a great reaction to the logo because i thought it would drop too fast and the audience wont have time to read it. However, I added it into my fourth pass...and i must say it the reaction helps.

Thanks alot for the comments, you guys rock!!

You'd be surprised how much subtlety goes into animated performances, far beyond what I or most people actually notice, because it goes by too fast or it's just a very minor movement, but that's what makes a performance great. Even subconsciously, it directs attention or shows emotion. A single frame can be enough for the audience to "read" something.

really great. love the animation. my only critique would be the actual font of the logo. its a cool font but it makes it harder to read the name of the company. apart from that the animation is lovely

the more I Think I know about Maya the less I seem to know about it.
