OOOH, love the glow! user added image, very typical starwars style. Great job. Are you going to make a small animation?

You could have the ship entering the deathstar (quick model of half of a sphere.. just for the film.. with a drop door.. and a few dark textures added to the sphere.. and then it could enter slowly.. and like, it could be playing some sweet starwars song from the original trilogy.. and it could arrive, then fold up like it does, and ........ user added imageuser added image.. it would be sweet basically.

Keep it up user added image.

Thanks for the comments, )v(, and thanks for the vote, although I don't deserve it!

I'd love to do an animation with these ships..I think it would be an awesome learning experience.

I'm almost done with this shuttle as far as the modeling goes. I honestly don't know how to texture at all so that's going to be the hard part for me!

Here's another update: not much added but a few more details..

Very cool! I see that you do like I used to do before, doing renders and playing with stuff like engine glows before the model is done user added image But I understand you, very hard not to when the model is so cool! Keep up the good job!

Looking very nice. The glow is great.

Where did you get GI Joe from? I visited the Pixho site but only found a script for it- is it a script and if so how does it install?

It's a MEL script. You download the script from his site and he's got instructions on how to get it installed and running.

It took me a few tries before I got it working but now I have in on my shelf.
