Unable to redownload my tutorial

Hi! I bought a tutorial of simplymaya some year ago and i tried to redownload it since i lost the DVD's. But when i press redownload it says "you don't have permission to do that" and when i look in the upper right corner it says "Guest" instead of my username. Has anyone encountered that? Is it a bug?

Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply I missed this post. The guest thing is a bug on that specific page but you should be able to redownload your tutorial regardless. If you let me know which tutorial it is I'll get it fixed straight away.
