NURBS Creasing Problems

Hi all. I'm in the middle of modeling a photorealistic scuba tank and am encountering some creasing issues in the nozzle area of the cylinder, as you can see in the attached image.

I opted not to build this using the the profile curve/revolve method. Instead, I created a half-sphere in which I extended surfaces and rebuilt (rebuild default settings). The top area was creating by detaching the top isoparm and translating the end hull in the y-axis. I added isoparms and rebuilt to that.

Things look okay at a distance but I'm wondering what could be causing the creasing there? Would adding more isoparms help? Am I just missing something stupid here?
