Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Dealing with HDRI's in Os X

Hey everyone,
Recently I've been interested in putting some HDRI into some recent models of mine. However, when reading tutorials and what not, they all say I need a conversion app for .hdr files. But sadly, these are all for PC. Does anyone know what a lonely mac user like myself can do to rememedy this in OS X, or even in X11? Thanks!

i am not sure about mental ray for osx. but the final mr for windows can directly read hdr-images. they wont show in maya itself though. the tutorials you read could also be written in the mental ray beta, thus outdated now.

or is mental ray for maya still beta on osx ???
