Freighter Concept to Model

Hey all. People have been asking to see the freighter concept in different perspectives, so I thought I'd bypass the drawing part and head straight to the modeling.

So here is what I got so far:

McKinley you took the words right out of my mouth. It very much looks like some sort of crazy boombox. BUT only because of the middle portion of the model.

The model itself is great. I like your concept but its strange that the model turned out looking like a weird boombox in 3d.

Looking good so far.

I think the boombox effect will fade when you start texturing it.

Darnit darnit darnit! For some reason, I can no longer render anything. I mean ANYTHING! Won't render using Maya's renderer nor using Mental Ray. So, until I can get this figured out, there won't be any more updates. user added image

Sorry guys.

Cool concept. I like the look. Is that a person in the sketch near the gatling gun? Once it is textured I am sure it will take away from the cassette player look.

No longer looks like a casset player. I am glad you are rendering again. I hope to join you soon. My jeep is not rendering.
