This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Nemo's Sub -- Dave Baer

Okay guys. I hope it's not to late to get into this challenge. Here's my entry. Of course, it's still a WIP, but it's a start.

Thanks guys. I'm busting my a$$ trying to get it done, alongside working on two animation projects and a Masters Thesis for school. Arrrgh!

Tell me... and be honest.... Does it get any easier out there? user added image

Like I said, time for me now is limited. I'm just hoping to get this thing finished cause I'm so overloaded with school work. I hate to start something and not be able to finish it.

Anyway, I added the front spikes tonight. Gonna work on the wheel house next time and add more detail to the body hopefully tomorrow. Well, here it is...

BulletProof: It just seems easier for me to model in POLYs. I like to use NURBS when I'm going for a more organic look or something with curved edges, but polys just flows so much easier for me. user added image

Nurbs & Co.

For everybody what he prefers. A Submarine for me is a organic object...Nevermind...keep on the good work. Interested to see more of it....

Race ?

Why shouldn't you keep up? At this point every model has it's advantages...very hard to say which is best so far....great ideas from everyone....
