I'm a Navy Illustrator-Draftsman... at least for two more years. Then I retire! user added image

We're strictly 2D, mostly Photoshop & CorelDRAW, but I've been slowly integrating Maya into my workflow. Only been working with it for six months, but I figure I can use my remaining two years to learn it better.

Looking at instructor jobs upon retirement.

Came out good. Good luck the next two years with Maya. That is a great way to learn it. Most of us pay to get the knowledge. Nice that you get paid to learn.

Oh, I'm paying too... I have amassed quite a library of books and training CD/DVDs user added image

But I figure it's a good investment.

But I know what you mean. It is nice to have an excuse to learn the program and on "company" time no less.
