Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world

its a good start, obviously better than me by a mile at making cars ... my crits would be is that there are alot of sharp edges, you may want to smooth then about alot more user added image

Mayaniac: yeah was just testing how it would look but will definately smooth it
bennyK:i just picked up some hdri image its just a test render
i have realized i have a lot of unnecessary geometry especially at the front so im currently trying to fix that i will post updates as soon

did a little work on the side mirrors im really struggling with the bevel tool im getting unwanted triangles i dont know how to avoid that
