I've got an optical... the only time I really notice any sort of problem is when I'm playing 1st person shooters, as when I pick up the mouse to move it to the left side of the pad in order to continue turning to the right, it'll sometimes slide back to the left even though it's not touching the pad...

minor annoyance really. I like it. Just not having to clean the thing makes it worth it to me. user added image

wow~~everyboy like optical mouse,so do i.
but why no one mention about mocirsoft mouse?
it's price almost same with logitech,and look cool too.
