prob: texture is stretched
Hi!
I created Text with the Trim option and put Bevel on it... after I textured it, I had the prob, that the texture on the front was good, but on the sides stretched und blurred. how do I solve this? http://img143.imagevenue.com/img.php...7002_block.jpg Thx S3rj |
How did you create the texture? was it a procedural texture or UV'd?

the texture is a simple jpg ...
the prob is, I know how to use the uv texture editor for polygon objects but not for nurbs... now I know 1 way how to solve the prob, but its not the right 1 ... nurbs => convert => polygon ... but I dont want it that way, cuz I know thers an other :D |
What do you mean with there's another way?
Either you use you convert from nurbs trick or you use a proper uv map for polygons. Of course you could always use automatic mapping but that's not gonna give you a seamless UV map. |
