can i do a cloud or ramp etc. or so so that it is much easier and so that i dont have to unwrap all the uv's?with cloud or ramp etc. i mean an easy skinn for the dragon with automatic mapping and then just put it on....

Theres no easy way to texture, you just have to uv map it manually...

You can do it however you want. The better it looks, though, the better your chances. user added image

for now, since your just starting out learning how to texture..and in the interest of time for the challenge..i suggest just doing an automatic uv layout...its not the best way, but for skin it will do the trick...

I have obviously modeled the body (very rough,no detail, not done yet)and will add winngs now...if im fast enough i could enter the current challenge....but i need more then one figure i think.

Question: after the current challenge moves to the "previous challenges" area....can THEN this threat be moved to the WIP?

thx a lot........
