The big canines should be more to the front. Just switch them with the one in front/next to it and it will be better.

I really like the "scoobidoo from hell" look ;-)

He'll have fur on the body blending into the neck and he'll have a lions mane of small snakes. I'll try simulate light fur on the heads when texturing but might have to resort to fine maya fur (I realy don't want to use it because of rendering times).

Before I go any farther I'll just clear up some points that are a part of my concept.

The Cerberus being a Hades' hellhound is of course a savage beast, as such he'll be blooded cut up and scared. Two of the heads will of course will reflect this but the third will be listening intently to some music (no before you say anything it won't be the scooby doo theme!) this is the Cerberus' Akilies heal. As mentioned in the stories he'll have a mane of snakes and one as a tail.

As this is going to be the classic monster and I want to add my own touchto the overall look I'll add bony spines protruding from the body.

I hope my lack of drawings will not let my project down user added image

Here is the kind of body shape I'm looking at for the Cerberus:

EDIT: I'm already hitting problems positioning the three heads on this type of body so I might opt of a more lion like stature to give more room on the sholders. Will update soon with the basic shape.

Still early yet to really comment on much. Just watch your anatomy and concentrate on a good edge flow.

OK didn't finish cos was everything came up to take up all the time I had. I went away for 2 weeks and then Euro2004 started and most of my spare time was spent in the pub.

Maybe next time!
