ik character sets

Im trying to create character sets with the pivot groups for my leg IK...im using maya 6, but i had the same problem in maya 5...i creat the character sets (two of them, one for each leg...this may be incorrect..) then i set up keys on them for a walk cycle, and create a clip...but nothing is in the trax editor...at all...except something about a soundtrack...so i cant really do anything with the clips i created...

in maya 6, i beleive u have to first select the character u created,
then in the trax editor click on a little "`+` icon with a stick character next to it"
then i think it will load your character.

fyi, in the clips options, u can choose to send the clips to the visor or trax or both (it' s like that in all maya versions)
choose both if u want it to automatically load the clips in the trax...
