Windows XP Home?

Can anyone tell if Maya will work properly on Windows XP Home? I know it stipulates on Alias's website Windows XP Pro but I wondered if anyone here had problems with it under the Home flavour…

I just don't fancy the idea of completely reinstalling my operating system again and all the ponsing about it entails...
