Hello,

what do you mean with a per particle wake effect?

Has the wake to be on a ocean or pond ?

I creating a raging molten sun and i want to have invisible particles penitrate it from all side and create wakes, hopefully looking like small explosions on the surface.

So i have the sun set as an ocean shader and the emitter in the centre of the sun so the particles fly out through it making the wakes. I have tried adding the wake to the particles but it just makes abox around the emitter.

I think this clarifies what im trying to do a bit more.
