Nice start!!! You might want to pull out the bottom of the eye sockets just a bit more to make the eyes look like they are sitting inside them.

Good work.....

Im having a hard time controlling the eyesockets after the smooth. Should I manipulate them before or after the smooth?

Hmmm... way easier to control the head before the smooth. Guess smooth is only the last action when modelling polys..?

Anyway, the sockets are in a little more control now..

Good stuff looks much better!!! Smooth is usally the last action, but you can go back and forth from smooth to get an idea what it will look like.

I added one of the standard furs, but it doesn't render any hair in the middle of the head.. Does anyone know why?

Thanx raul. But the fur still troubles me... Looks like someone shaved his nose ;-)

The eyes is created usíng the ramp texture.

I want to make the eyes a little more reptile-like. Does anyone have a suggestion how to do so...? 'Cause the ramp is only creating round pupils...

I think you can create cat eyes if you go into the ramp attributes and flip the colors from U to V mapping (Or vise versa I'm not in Maya right now.) This will cause the colors to map in a different direction and give you the cat eyes. I stumbled on this once by accident when doing an eye tut. Hope this makes sense.
