dude use a higher resolution texture.

If it doesnt display correctly at any given resolution, then it means the graphic card in your machine doesnt have the capability to display it on screen.

What graphic card do you have??

Question... What do your UV's look like?

Also, I think you're getting confused with the term "render". Rendering is when you actually render the file. This is NOT what you're doing when you're looking in the viewport. If you actually render, does it still mess up?

These Minecraft characters always cause problems for people. The problem is that people jump right into making them without learning (or understanding) the basics of Maya first.

But if his UV's aren't covering the 0 to 1 texture space, eg the right edge of the frontal face UV's are moved a bit to the left, that would cause the skewing he's having. It might not show up in the lower texture preview as it's interpolating the pixels.

Well what im doing is attaching it to grid and the uvs reach the corner ill see if its not covering. It doesnt say my graphics card, at least i dont think so. Looks like ill texture it pixel by pixel. Because if i do texture filter nearest unfiltered. i can see it unblurry, and then i will texture it pixel by pixel that way. :L Its just i didnt get this problem before. when i first was using maya.

Post the file and the textures; it will be faster to debug.

Also, don't continuously create new posts. Edit your old ones. Double posting (or quintuple posting) is frowned upon. I've cleaned it up; just make sure you refrain from doing it again user added image

Save them as .ma files, otherwise people without 2013 can't open them.
