Flexor

i have this problem where the flexor sticks to the side of the face of my charector and so when i pose his arms the side of his face streches..is there anyway to avoid this before or after creating the flexors?

it depends how you created the flexors, how you painted (or not) goal weights - maybe accidentally painting on the face, if you used blend shapes for the flexor, used too big clusters. there is a lot possible sources for mistakes - and w/o telling how exactly you created the flexor it is close to impossible to help you there.

make sure u create flexors for the joints
