cloth falls through collision object

Hi,

I've been trying to simulate this vest for my model, but it keeps falling throught the left half side of the torso.

I tried increasing the collision offset and/or depth, but it doesnt seem to work. I actually even went to setting them to 1, but alas.

Any idea why this is happening?

I have set the solver scale to 10.

for me, it looks like you have duplicated one side of the body and now the cloth falls through one of this parts.... so perhaps just one part of your body is a collision object?
