Stopping an infinite cycle

Is it possible to stop an infinite cycle at a choosen frame?

Nope not really,
what you want to do is bake off your channel by going to the curves menu in the channel box. Just make sure you have sparse curve bake option on so it doesn't go and key every frame.

Just set your time range and click bake user added image.

Well I just copied the curve enough time and keyed it from there, but perhaps I should learn about baking just for practice.
