dog paw setup

I need some information on how to set up a dog paw. I have the skeleton set up I just cant seem to get past that. I know how to do a human foot however I can’t seem to get it to translate into this application.

I’ve looked around and the closest thing I can find is setting up the skeleton… done that. It seems that the tutorials I have in my bookmarks are offline as well so I’m a bit stuck.

Help!
