Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

ok. here is my attempt to make the hands. i havent added the details yet (creases bends nails etc) but i will later.

lol thats a good 1 billy. yea i asked about texturing in another thread. i have a question. i had planned on making an actual head for this dude but i was wondering if u all would want it to stay the same.

lol ok i tried to make the abs. tell me how u all like. after im done with the body i will go bak and try to make things proportional and the muscles correct.

he is ineresting ^^ do you plan in animateing this little guy? he kinda looks like a ninja that would be like a couple inches tall, protecting the kitchen counters from the evils os spilled juce =P

yea with this little project i plan on learning texturing, a little bit of organic modeling, and animating. i will try to finish him up as soon as possible and get the animation in.

by the way this is the first organic model iv done. and im doing it without a reference.
