... I decided to avoid the ears in the 3d model, becouse... i dont know, the boss of the project, didnt like them in the 3d version : P

the flie isnt very good; but.. i like it anyway

Nice rigging job I see. Are you going to give it a texture? and maybe a color background, like a blue sky would look good.
