skinning

I would like some one to solve this problem for me.

I have a low res model which is already animated. Now i want to replace the low poly model with the high poly model. without detaching the skin.

Can someone please tell me how odo to it.

Well, if its polygons, why can't you just smooth the rigged up low poly model? Sorry, I don't have much experience in this field, buut I can try to help.

If the hi-res is indeed very heavy geometry, it might be that you´re running into performance problems real fast. if your geometry doesn´t update in realtime, just use the low-res polycage as a wrapper for the hi-res polycage.

everything starts and ends in the right place at the right time.
