nCloth hanging

I posted this in the newbie section, but I was hoping someone in here might have an idea. I have created an nCloth jersey on a hockey player. I still have to play with some of the setting, but I am getting an area of the cloth that seems to hang and lag behind for a few frames. Its totally screwing up my cloth.

Here is a quick play blast. Anyone have any ideas.

It looks like its getting cought on itself.

I'm not too sure of the actual setting's as Ive not got maya open at the moment but you could try upping the number of self collide itterations or the subsetps, or even the self collision thickenss.

It might slow the simulation down a bit though due to the number of extra calcs that are needed.

Hope it helps in some way.
