Tornado with fluids

I am making a tornado to put it in a real footage shot but I have ended with two solutions and not sure wich one to choose to improve it.

The tornado is maya fluids, the rest after effects work.
Any constructive help will be much apreciated.

Edit: I have removed the videos because they where really crapy and ocupying space unneccesarily.

I like the first one, but I haven't really seen any tornados in real life... although the trees appear to be quite stationary for that kind of weather.

The trees are real ones so it would be a lot of work. Im focused on improving the fluid and know wich one to choose.
Anyway im planning to put some flying debris and dust or vapor around.

thanks.

Fluids are a torture for anyone who doesnt have a workstation, so i have changed to particles.
The title of the thread does not apply any more.

Both, the clouds and the tornado are made with particles emitted from curves. It spins too fast but i leave it there.
