Liscence not obtained

Hello there, I've been facing this problem with my installation. At first, the installation file already had some problems, so I decided to install it from my programs file at the Maya2014 folder. I've tried to restart the FlexLiscensing but it still didn't change anything.

It's looking for a license on a networked server (floating license). If you have a node locked license, you must use that instead.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.
