Moving Charakter, Joints are moving strange

hi.

i am totaly new to maya. i imported an charakter via FBX. I have also imported an nature scene via fbx. later i want to only import the animations via fbx to the charakter.

now the maybe stupid problem is that when i want to use my charakter to the correct position where i want to start the animation the skeleton is moving diffrent then the body. and my ncloth shirt is also moving diffrent sometimes. i grouped everything, so i have a null object on top.
