Ncloth collision isnt working right

Hi every1, im trying a cloth simulation on a character but parts of my cloth keeps going through the character.
My scene unit is in feet and the passive collider thickness is 0.500 with the cloths self collider width scale at 3.000 and thickness is 0.400. Does anyone have a clue of whats going onuser added image

Whats the mesh like for the body..........dave

Edit:just had a closer look at your mesh are you using subDs(not sure ncloth works with subDs) if not you have some ngons in your mesh
