ReInstall Win 7 Lost Custom Shelves.

My machine choked and I had no choice but to reinstall Win 7 Pro.

I lost some of my documents/Maya scene files but not all

The issue now is can I rescue my shelves somehow? No backup, I'm too poor for that.

If no I can start fresh, but would be nice to find those shelves.

Your shelves should be in your prefs folder if you still have that.

A thumb drive is better than no backup at all, at a certain point, losing your prefs becomes a nightmare. Ever so often just remember to copy your maya prefs folder and append a date.
