hard/soft edge do not show on model. (its not a noob question)

I know that topic title may suggest i want to ask you how to show hard/soft edge but... i know that user added image

Problem:
I export a model to fbx and sent to my friend. She changed a UV and send me model back. After that i import it and start to work. I saw on render that some off the edge are soft. So i try to repair them...
And thats end of story. I cannot show soft/hard edge. I try delete history, freeze, clean up.

Plz help me. Your my only hope!
