Viewport bugged

Hello
I have a problem with the viewport, it was all normal at first but one day it bugged out.
The "camera cube" is all black now and the grid doesn't smooth anymore when activating smooth wireframe it actually
gets worse.
I already uninstalled all Autodesk software
- deleted all the installation directories
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk

also deleted the registry entries
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autodesk

then reinstalled Maya but it's still bugged?user added image

here some screenshots

nope didn't work

but I've discovered something tho
the problem gets fixed as soon as I enter the Auto Unwrap UVs Tool (to select the border edges) of the Maya Bonus Tools

but when closing and restarting Maya the problem is there again

drivers are up2date

the problem first occured while maya was running
I created a new scene and wanted to adjust shading settings like I always do but nothing changed

so I discovered that twhen using the auto unwrap tool the problem somehow fixes itself instantly and I can open/create a new scence and everything is still working but as soon as I restart maya the problem is there again
so for now I have a workaraound but still hope I can get to the bottom of this I want to avoid to do a fresh windows installation
because as I said it was working at first but then suddenly this problem popped out of nowere
