Weird jittery effect

So i'm working on a large scale building which has been .fbx exported from AutoCAD and the building seems to have a weird issue... possible camera/graphic related or something to do with an axis point? I have no clue.

But when I seem to click a face or even pan around my building it seems to have a weird stutter effect.

I have played with the camera attribute editor and tried to find an ideal number for the building but that doesnt seem to fix the weird bouncy effect... any ideas how to fix this please?

example..

It looks like you have a duplicated mesh, try deleting one see if that fixes it..............dave

nah its something weird and software related, I found a fix...

.FBX files which have been imported and expoted from various other software into maya get the issue. Obj's seem to get rid of any nasty issues.
