Problem Lining Up Reference Images in Photoshop

I am attempting to model a helmet for Boba Fett but before I start I am preparing my reference images for maya. I found some good images of the helmet online and decided to save and use them. The images weren't very well aligned and I had to spend some time in Photoshop adjusting them. I have a problem, however. The two side views are slightly off on the top and bottom but the rest of the helmet is lined up in the visor etc. This is probably a bad explanation so please check the screenshots.
