edge display levels

How do I get more edge display levels on my polygons to subdiv object? user added image I can only get 1 to 0 at this point,, I have in the past had 4 to 0 but don't remember how to get to that pont.

yeah, but it is a bit confusing at the beginning. as maya does not add detail where not needed. but i think if you just select a level x edge, it dreates level x+1 edges around.

If I select a Edge or Vertices and use the move tool, I can add more of what I need by pulling in the direction where I need them to Be.
