This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Have the uv layed as best i can.. I have a few seems but once i paint you will not see them....

Well im done for today..

Started to color the head. will do him in parts Head, body.


Still a lot to add, still working in base colors.. will start adding huges of blue and red tomorrow.

howardporter... I wish it was my full time job.. trying really hard to break into a studio. My new demo is about 90 percent done just want to add this guy and hire someone for the sound and effects.. Have a few freelance jobs right now... I know the full time job is comming just have to be patient.

Glad you like the texture.. to be honest texturing is one of my weak points compared to my modeling and animation.

Ok lots of work done this morning have the body almost at the same level as the head.. Once its done I can add veins and some shades of red and blue.
