SubDiv + Mental Ray

I have a subdiv object. It has 3-4-5 vertex/edge-face and mental ray can't rendered it. Why?
What should i do?

Sub division menu> collapse Subdivision... end of story. Have a nice day. hehehe were like answering machines here LOL. NOW FIX MY DAMN PROBLEM ALIAS< WHATS WRONG WITH MY LIGHT GLOW???... sorry, i didnt mean to vent on your post Youth. just kind of got bent up.
