fireworks

Does anyone know how to set the lifespan of the particles in Maya's fireworks effect? The lifespan is set to "live forever", and the lifespanPP is blank, but they DO die off.

Where ever it is, it's well hidden. I'm working in 4.0, but I doubt they've changed this much in newer versions.

Thanks.

OK, never mind. Found it 2 seconds after posting. It's on the Burst Particle object, not the main Particle object.
