Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

The second one should work as ref as long is you don't need anatomical correctness... some odd musculature.

The first is more of a storyboard concept, not a reference image in the sense that you would model from it.

ok thanx for the comment and for the muscles, i am really not an expert but when i will have to details my character, i will search for some picture that show the principal muscles.
