Maya to zbrush

I have a question about maya to zbrush. When I transfer a model from zbrush it goes into maya perfect, but when I use the Goz button to transer from maya to zbrush the model doesn't go. Instead I get something stupid like a star tool thin in zbrush...

anyone resolve an issue like this?
